After more than 15 years in different positions and companies, Sabrina joined Proconcept Services in 2015 to develop Career Transition (outplacement), as well as the Coaching and Training departments. Sabrina designs and facilitates inter- and intra-company trainings as well as leading team coaching for her clients. She accompanies people in Career Transition and she coaches leaders in their development with themes like leadership, interpersonal relationships, self-confidence, and other important needs. Tijana van Schaik
I am a relationship builder, communicator and “activator”. I believe in being relentless: always inspiring my co-workers, my teams and myself to a higher level of performance, speed, quality and completeness.<br /> Tijana is currently Director, People and Culture, at Amadeus in Miami, Florida. She has also served as the former SVP, Head of HR Global Blue, as well as Head of HR and Business Engagement at IATA (International Airlines Transport Association) in Geneva. She has worked with Direction Plus both as a client and as a counselor giving orientation support to graduates from international universities.
Stuard Detmer worked for Mobil Oil Corporation in Latin America and Europe. This prepared him to later serve as CEO of London-listed Sibir Energy PLC and Aminex PLC. He also worked as a Senior Independent Director of Exillon Energy PLC. Stuard has been involved in diverse and exciting activities, acquiring new skills and living some impressionable experiences. After graduating with a BA degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Virginia, he began his career on commercial fishing ships in the Bering Sea as a “go-between” Soviet and American authorities. Later, he even hosted a nationwide, bi-weekly radio show broadcasted within the former Soviet Union! Now based in Geneva, Stuard has partnered with Direction Plus as a facilitator for the Development Center program.

In 2015, Nadine acted as an observer for Direction Plus during a Development Center in Switzerland. She says she “quickly felt part of the Direction Plus team, appreciated the quality of the workshops, and witnessed how Direction Plus established a good-willed learning environment, thus creating the conditions for the success of their participants.” Nadine is a certified ACC coach and member of ICF. She is also a member of IAF (International Association of Facilitation).

A former Professor at Stillman School of Business and Instructor at Princeton University Computing Center, Andrew specializes in Change Management, Business Impact Analysis, Communication and Training, Organizational and Staff Development, Coaching, Project Audit and Rescue, and Controlled Introduction of Disruptive Technologies. His education led him from Princeton and Rutgers Universities (USA) to management studies at INSEAD (Paris) and IMD (Lausanne). Andrew collaborates actively with Direction Plus in facilitating Development Centers in Europe and in the USA.

A former client of Direction Plus for an ambitious Leadership 360 Program, Steven is a qualified MBTI practitioner and accredited coach. Nowadays, he facilitates Development Centers and has been quite active in supporting young people (future university graduates) orient and launch their careers through several of Direction Plus’ projects.
Nedra Razgallah is a recognized expert in the Human Resources Management. She worked for prominent international companies in different sectors including the Energy sector (Shell Tunisia) and provided HR services to other companies for 17 years, 7 of them as HR Manager. As HR specialist she covers a wide range of skills, expertise and experiences : Recruitment & assessment center/ Competency assessment/ Performance management/Talent identification and talent retention / Salary survey and people survey/ Diversity & inclusiveness implementation. As a Professional coach, she is a specialist in carreer management, leadership and change management, Nedra Razgallah is Accredited HR consultant by GIZ in March 2016. She is a Certified Professional Coach ICF (International Coaching Federation) since April 2010. She Graduated in Marketing in France, Paris I - La Sorbonne in June 1998. She holds a management & Marketing Degree from I.H.E.C of Carthage in June 1996, and Baccalaureate in Mathematics, Lycée Pilote de l’Ariana in 1992.
